OverDrive- Digital Library Access for ALL Mesa Students

OverDrive is a free service offered by HLPUSD that lets students borrow digital content such as eBooks and audiobooks anytime, anywhere. All you need to get started with free digital content from school is an internet connection and your HLPUSD student ID and password.

Students have access to a district wide shared library that allows them to borrow eBooks and audiobooks using any browser from any device. Each school in the district may have a slightly different OverDrive collection because each library or school picks the digital content they want for their users. Some schools have additional selections they have purchased for their students.

Please access your OverDrive library by clicking on picture below (If you need your login information, please see your teacher for assistance):

LCAP Priorities- Parent Input Meetings

LCFF requires each school district to develop a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and annual update that describes for the district and each school within the district specific goals and actions to achieve the goals set by the State of California in eight priority areas.  In order to do so, meaningful engagement of all staff and parent groups is critical to the annual LCAP and LCFF budget process.

In the effort to inform and engage all district stakeholders in the LCFF & LCAP process, informational community meetings have been held district-wide in addition to meetings held at each school site.  Stakeholder outreach for the annual LCAP update process includes opportunities for your input on LCAP priorities.   The next meetings at Mesa Robles School will be held at the:

PTO Meeting on January 12, 2018 @ 8:30 am

ELAC Meeting on January 19, 2018  @ 8:30 am

SSC Meeting on January 24, 2018 @ 2:45 pm

The LCAP Advisory Committee, comprised of administrators, teachers, classified staff, and parent representatives will continue to meet in 2017-18 to review stakeholder input aligned to the eight State priority areas required by the LCAP. The district’s LCAP and additional information regarding HLPUSD’s LCAP development and annual update are available on the district web-site at www.hlpschools.org
